LOL!  I'll stop you if you promise to stop me.  I found myself wondering if I could knit three pairs of socks between now and christmas.

Three pairs?!?!  I know I couldn't do that.  Then again, that probably wouldn't prevent me from thinking about it.

I just finished up a pair of blankets for a friend that's having twins.  I was weaving in ends about an hour before I was due at the baby shower.  I'm always down to the wire with knitted gifts.  I'm not sure why I think that I'll suddenly be able to knit faster just because I'm making a gift.

LOL!  I do the same thing.  I am not a very fast knitter, but clearly if I am doing it for someone else, I will be faster.

In my head I am a fast, highly skilled knitter who doesn't need to follow a pattern.  Reality is I'm a slow, still learning knitter who should probably spend a little less time "winging it."

It's amazing how the brain works when you're "high on wool fumes", as the Yarn Harlot sez.

One mixed berry pie done, the other is due to come out of the oven in the next ten minutes. the kitchen is nearly clean. As soon as this pie is out, I'm hitting the shower and diving into bed. I wouldn't want to break any bad habits-studying will happen in the morning (if it happens at all).

Spokes - 2008-12-09 1:34 PM If my left leg is not better soon, I'm getting it MRI'ed. This is ridiculous. The PT is making me incredibly sore. Shouldn't it be making me better?

Have you spoken to yoru PT about your concerns? Generally the initial muscle release will be uncomfortable... if yuo are doing exercises to strengthen the muscular due to an imbalance then you will be working muscles you do not normally use and are lazy... as a result DOMS would be expected...

So its a matter of the type of pain and the cause... then talking to the PT... every body is different so you should be talking to them around whats working, whats not etc easch session

I see him again on Friday... but being realistic, I've only been doing the stretching/strengthening one week - its going to take a little while to fix this...

Only one week? Then your are putting too much thought into it - do what you have been told to do and give it at least a mont to 6 weeks THEN talk to the PT...

Lol - I assumed you were worried after at least 3 weeks!!! Just accept and do for now! Look at how long it took youto get your body messed up and now appreciate you are trying to undo ALL of that!

I am going to get something in my tummy, get dressed, pack the car, and then get a little studying in before I head to school.

That means I will have exams to grade tomorrow.

That means I'm supposed to be productive today.
