I like them a lot too. I've been using them in potato recipes (instead of the potatoes) and they seem to turn out reasonably well, although sometimes need extra cooking. |

The mother of the korean gal I lived with loved to feed me yams-and chestnuts. She would go on chestnut gathering outings with her other elderly korean friends. |

Oh well Ive stolen some stuff from other proposals then I will write some bits to join it together and talk a lot about high quality environments and brand extenstions and high value consunmers and hopefully that will do! |
