I'll give your directions a try tomorrow ! Thank you
I have the full fledged fever/aches don't wanna get up for anyone blues.

My antibiotic has one warning, "this medicine Could cause tendon damange, rupture etc during or after use"........... I had refused to take it, dh made me compromise "one tonight and call the doc tomorrow".

I had to tell the nurse "no bloodpressure taken on my right arm, I'd be in too much pain ".....and yet he still gives me meds that could make what I have worse !

Since i have had graves disease (almost 5 years now) I have the stupidest ailments hit me.  Like the sore on my tongue that got so big they sent me to a specialist to see if it was cancer (last year). It was damage from me biting it......phew

Then remember the clogged oil gland under my upper eyelashes ?.........  Had to be numbed, cut open and scraped out, all while I tried not to watch.
Seriously, I have the stupidest things happen to me now...........so you know this pill is out to get me !!!

Ok off to beddy bye 'cause certainly tomorrow we'll feel better. I hope my dd gets better, poor baby was well for so long and now twice she has been  hit with "virus"......... stupid things you can't do anything for !

Ok all, hugs goodnight ! Safe commutes tomorrow.......... and thanks again for all your encouragement !

feel better Jules! no more weird ailments! ya hear!?? have a great day/week!

A few days ago I was going on about how much I love DST.  Well, this morning I felt otherwise!  What was I thinking???  It was so dark, it made me nervous!  And it was foggy too.  I ran with a flashlight, but didn't see a soul for about the first mile and a half.  Did everyone sleep in this morning?

Happy Monday gang! Unfortunately, this is going to be a heck of a week, so I will apologize in advance if I seem to be MIA. Tri club Mon and Tues, Parent-Teacher interviews on Tues and Thurs, Massage and dinner with friends on Wed, meetings after school on Wed and Fri and hopefully sometime with dh- ah yes...and the usual marking fun. Life sure gets crazy sometimes! Hope that you all have a fantastic week ahead and I hope to check in soon!

They don't do DST in Japan so by mid June it will start to get light out between 3:30 and 4 am.

Dh came in to wake me up before he left for work (do you need me to stay home kinda stuff).......I thought it was still nighttime and could not figure why he came in to ask me that !

Then the rest of the day I was like 2 hours off..........  drove me nuts ! Plus I feel like I am going to bed too early !!

I hate losing my morning light to run by, but the change to DST means I can now start biking to work and be able to get home before it's dark. So, it's kinda a wash.

I keep getting a "page cannot be displayed." It's hard to know whether it's the work filters or not, because that's not the usual message at work when they block a site.

But they did warn us today: Sports pages (including BT) will be blocked starting St. Patrick's Day.

Morning!

Well, I did my first run back in the dark since DST and maybe I shouldn't have run at all. First my Garmin decided not to work and then I rolled my left ankle. It's not "doctor bad" but enough that I can feel it and will probably skip my next run if it doesn't feel great. I've iced it once already, I'm already on ibuprofen, and I've got it elevated. We shall see.

Good morning everyone!  It was another dark, foggy run this morning.  We always have lots of fog this time of year, but it's very eerie running in it.

Tonight is track day!  First time I've been on the track in months and months.  I'm not sure how much I'll be able to do, but at least it will be a laugh.

How's everyone doing on the bike challenge?  I'm starting my week counting on Sunday, so I got my first ride in then.  I plan to ride after work tomorrow (HOPEFULLY!), then on Friday again, and maybe even Saturday too.  I'd hate to blow the challenge on the first week!

So........ my Trigger Points are almost gone.

I'm considering ...

maybe ...

starting to jog ...

a tiny bit...

(but don't tell anyone)

As far as biking, I hope to get on the trainer tonight, if I can get it to work. I had technical difficulties last time but managed to squeeze out 30 mins. I'll ride while my whole chicken is roasting in the oven. Yummy.

btw, my new roomie banned soda and ice cream from the apartment (not that I had brought them in there). Rowdy.

I love it - so much easier when bags of potato chips and candy aren't lying everywhere with someone telling you, "oh, just one won't hurt."

sure we cant count Saturday too....I would then be at almost 90 miles...otherwise I am at 50+ miles and counting! so I am off to a good start...but seems the weekends are when I get my mileage. KIU Cheri! you do like to ride...you do like to ride...you do like to ride...in fact you love to ride...you love to ride....you love to ride....you absolutely adore riding your bike...you absolutely adore riding your bike...

did that help a little!? seems to help me to brainwash myself before my swims...and since I am a giver...wanted to give you the opportunity to feel that peachy feeling on your bike! the same one you do when you run!!!
