Hey guys, this continues to not be my month. I've got some big personal stuff going on right now that wiped yesterday's and some of today's training. But it's significant and had to take priority.

I'm going to get some "running" miles in on the elliptical due to the ITB pain, then a short strength session for my legs in preparation for tomorrow's 18-miler. I think I'll fall short in one of the four areas, but I'll do my best to get as close to 100% as possible given everything going on.

I hope everything is ok.  Take care of yourself and everything that's going on.

If you fall short, it is not the end of the world.  Do what you can.

Hope your 18 mile run goes well tomorrow!  It was pretty tough for me last week.

Got in 6.28 miles with 4.28 having to be on the elliptical. I'm not sure my ITB is going to hold up for the race, we'll see. I'm updating the spreadsheet now!

x2.  Good plan to keep it on the elliptical.

Here's a Team Post Padding update.
September is 90% completed.
Are you on track to meet your goals?

Overachievers
saling4 96.30%
sparco 93.60%
otter_sh 91.30%

On Track
Artemis 89.50%
Dimplespoo 89.20%
enders_shadow 82.90%

Has requested to be sent to the WCPTs team for a good tasering session
Pegaus1731 78.70%
LazyMarathoner 75.80%
movingsouth 74.10%
naners 73.70%
crea0029 73.30%
amyro1234 64.80%
triniki 62.70%
givemashot 43.80%

September is almost finished! Please have your September totals logged by midnight on Wednesday (your local time). I'll compile the final results on Thursday, and post them on the team threads.

Need a reminder as to what happens then?

At the end of the month:
The winning team(s) will display a signature line: "My team won the September Four-Is-More Challenge!"

All other (losing) teams will display an avatar of something that SHOULD have made them move more!
This could be your shoes (ie: you should have run more), or your bike (ie: you should have biked more), or your bathing suit (ie: you should have swam more), or.... etc.

Avatars and signature lines will be displayed for the month of October. After that, it's your choice whether to leave it, or remove it.

Updated the spreadsheet with my current totals. I'll be pushing it to get 2 more bikes and 2 more swims in in the next 3 days, but.... I'l do my best! And both kids will be n school again on Monday, so that helps ALOT.
