Hey all...

Any thoughts on where we could all go after the Jingle race? I don't know DC all that well. It's going to be a PITA since the race will be over probably by 9 for the Green team, 9:30 or so for the Red Team.

There's a place on the SW Waterfront called Cantina Marina but it doesn't open until 11:30. Never been there but it's close to the race site... I was also thinking somewhere in Old Town Alexandria... like Bugsy's, also not open until 11:30.

Anyone got any other thoughts?

Oooh... wait. Crystal City Sports Pub claims to be open at 8 AM everyday. I wonder when they start serving... that might be a good option for us.

And no dck, I'm not talking about Crystal City Restaurant.

Just gave them a call... they open at 8, and start serving at 8. It is less than 10 mins. from the race site.

It looks like we're going to Crystal City Sports Pub after the race.

Whatev - I'm man (or rather, woman) enough to admit if I'd been there before. I've been to Camelot...(bachelorette party, but still).

When I worked at the Pentagon, my going away party happened in that place. My co-workers (all men) strategically forgot to mention the character of it. I tipped a stripper, though, she was a very good athlet. I always pay when the compliment is due.
