(And yes, I went to the Y to run...it was OK there - not super cool, but not 104.)

I'm going to go and ride in the basement. WE are under a severe thunderstorm watch. Not a good time to go ride outside. Stay out of the heat ya'll.

I'm supposed to run today. Not feeling it and it is way too hot. Need to get up early to do it tomorrow.

Yup. Its thundering right now and has been rolling thunder for about 20 minutes now. Going to hop off the computer, we've been hit by lightening before and don't want that to happen again. See ya later Nibblets.
