I have a torn medial meniscus in my left knee. She said there's a 50% chance it'll heal on its own. I have a PT appointment next week and a follow up on 12/3. If it's not better on the 3rd, we'll get an MRI in preparation for surgery. I know there's a chance it will get better, but I'm not very optimistic about the situation. Probably because I'm grumpy and upset about everything. |
