It is going to be a challenge to stay away from as much bad food as I can. Of course i did not help matters any, I brought in a spinach pizza, cheese and sausage biscuit balls for breakfast, and for the lunch and dinner meals I provided a corn salad and a Japanese fruit pie for dessert, along with hot apple cider. How are everyones holiday plans coming along? Anything interesting? |

Turns out I have a lateral tear, not a medial tear, so there is a better chance it will heal on its own. 2 more months of regular PT appointments and biking, then a followup to see how its going. I'm a little frustrated. Not good at being patient and letting things heal on their own. |

Sorry to hear about your knee - I know you were hoping to have the surgery and get it over with, but it has to be better for your body if it just heals itself, right? |
