My training hasn't been everything I've hoped, but since January 1 I've lost ~17 pounds (with more to go ). Since IMLP last year (which I missed due to a bike crash ) I've lost ~39 pounds. I haven't weighted in the 180's since high school... today I'm at 190.6... I'm thinking the resulting performance gains may even be greater than if I had stayed the same weight but gotten in all my training. For April the plan is to keep losing at a healthy pace AND get in all the training  Looking forward to feeling comfortable with myself in my IMLP kit in July (and not racing Clydesdale ever again in any tri ).
