Hmm I think I will end up with 6 again. Yesterday I ran but only for 20 minutes. I did 30 minutes of yoga this morning.

Hey all, I am "stuggling" today, but I can "create" 30 minutes somehow.  Tomorrow will be no problem so I will end up with 5 for this week.  then I plan on 5 next week and ending with 6 the last 8 days of the month.

Have fun in whatever you do!

Great job this week, everyone!

I just finished up my week with a 10K race.  Ran a 51:10 - smashed my goal of 54!  This is the longest race I've ever done and at the fastest pace I've ever run.  Other than the fact that it was cold, rainy, and windy; this was a fun way to start my weekend!

I did not have a good week. But I barely made my 5 days for 30min. (barely made it!) I'm a little bummed about this and I ended it with a tumble on my trail run today and hurt myself.

GPers must be having a fun weekend!  I posted last night, this morning and tonight and no one else has -- that's ok, I'm good with monologue -- not!

Anyway, I rode today for my 1st qualifying wo of the week.  Beautiful weather, but windy, but it's been windy for all of 2008 so far.  November 16 and I was hot wearing knickers and long sleeve shirt -- woo hoo!  Our snow will come, someday, and it will be a doozy if it's waited this long!

Hope everyone had an awesome weekend!!!!

Thanks! You're right it wasn't that bad, and well... I need to get my butt kicked. I just don't push myself enough on my own and end up doing a pretty relaxed pace most of the time. I definitely was not doing a relaxed pace at masters Now I just have to get used to getting up at 4:00am to make it to the tue & thurs morning masters.
