Every time I go back to Texas (or really anywhere that has a Sonic), I always have to order the Route 44 Diet Cherry Limeade. It seriously is the perfect drink ![]() Mmmm. Cherry limeade. Although I don't think the diet tastes as good as the regular...but it'll do in a pinch. I get it when I go to southern Illinois where my family lives. Mmmm. |

(I'm actually happy with 165 considering the brownies I had this weekend, oh, and the homemade chocolate chip banana bread- I had to use up those brown bananas...) I woke up with a bad headcold, which feels really stupid when the weather is 90 degrees. Oh well... guess I'll take a rest day. Have a good one, Joann |

I have not weighed myself today...concidering last night was the first day since friday that I did not eat left over wedding cake or eat really poorly, I bet I am back up in weight. No more! I need to keep steady. ![]() Thanks...trying to keep to it. but stress is killing me. We need to find a new place to live, and that isn't easy right now. |

I think you should wait about 1 hour per ounce of mojo that you consume. Then you should be good to go. |

Find that weakness in your diet and eliminate it most days and it will get better fast. Mine is cookies and my wife buys them by the basket full. I think there are 12 or more packages in the pantry right now. Dang, Got to go have a cookie. |
