I would say "jelly" is the correct word.  I did find out that I am LESS flexible then I thought.  Some of those poses are like "WTF..You have got to be kidding me".  I think it was the crane that was a killer:  squat, lean forward and balance on your hands....wowsa.  I can assure you I will never make pansy jokes about yoga again.
but i can assue you that i will continue to call YOU a pansy.

ok i get home from work, change into sweats get ready for a run and THE WIFE calls. car is dead, damn there goes my run. thank fully just a bad battery. now its 8 pm and i need to force myself to run. glad i did. 2 miles and no knee pain. thats twice now yeehaw.

I am dragging this morning.  Got to do a swim and run today.  I have been nursing two herniated discs in my neck for about a month and a half now and have had to ease up on the running (and that's my weakest area).  Anyway, hopefully my run will be successful.

Hey Sailing, tonight after my 4 mi recovery run, I did 37 min of yoga. A full session of Flexible Warrior. I know its not your 1:35 but dang am I tight. Hips, quads, hams, glutes. I am a trainwreck.

i have wii sports and it's a fabulous little workout. did about half an hour tonight: start off with some golf to get my body going, then combinations of tennis and boxing to tire me out, mixed in with baseball and bowling to improve arm muscles/core imho. good fun overall not going to break any world records doing this but how i see it, an extra 30 minhutes of raised heart beat a few times a week has to be a good thing.
