I have two customers napping in my magazine room right now and have had two different customers complains. There is nothing in our Code of Conduct that says you can't nap at the library. Are they snoring loudly? That could be disruptive behavior. |

A vital part of any training. Nice. Too bad I have to feed my youngest lunch and get him off to school. Then run. Then go get a cake mix for cupcakes for other son's birthday tomorrow. Then pick up said sons from school. Yup, a nap sounds real nice... |

Unfortunately, I should go do some work. That sounds way less exciting than a nap. |

Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: March Marshmallow Team 1 custer - 2009-02-26 11:07 AM Jen, I am doing the "Aggressive Couch to 5k" on BT...I messed up, though, and kept moving ahead instead of taking my "recovery" weeks. (I was scanning the program for the increasing numbers, not reading carefully enough...) The last few days, I've been, ummm, hormonal, so I haven't done anything except a little light yoga; when I start back on the plan, I intend to step back to an easier week and then move forward again... More intro later, but suffice it to say, I've never been an athlete...AT ALL! You could try entering the day's workout as a blog entry, where you write comments..... For example, if your plan says "run 10 min on Mon, walk 10 min on Tues....," you could enter this into your training log (where you enter comments). Then, you could just look at the comments for the day, and see what type of workout you need to do that day. And if you've written "rest day," well, then you know it's time to come here and pad your post count. (Wait, it's ALWAYS time to do that....) Uh, it's hard to explain this without pointing to the appropriate BT pages. LOL |

Lots of wine that month. Good times! We definitely need to make that an annual race. Way fun! |

Should we tie it to the month such as The Ides of Marsh? Smores is nice too...maybe we could post some pics of flaming marshmallows on sticks to scare the other team. As an intro- I joined BT in september and have been doing challenges since. Speaking of -what has happened to Slugger???? She was running a challenge in January and dropped out of site. I haven't done a tri in 5 or so years but am looking forward to doing some this summer in my new age group. Would like to try an Oly distance. Ran my first half marathon this past weekend in part because of my crazy December challenge team. <<<<I need more stars and like to stay up late. |

Science Nerd 28760 Redwood City, California | Subject: RE: March Marshmallow Team 1 So, here are the current suggestions for team names: 1. Team Carol Ann 2. Marsh & Mallow Peeps 3. Team Peachy Peeps 4. Smashing Peeps 5. The S'mores 6. Taser-Roasted Peeps 7. The Ides of Marsh
So, which ones do you like best. Personally, I'm all about Team Carol Ann or the Taser-Roasted Peeps. |
