TransIowa is my April race. This tour is this summer's bike ride. 2 different things.

We go along Lake Erie if you get bored!

So it looks like I will be riding my bike from Mobile, AL to Buffalo, NY this June - fun times for sure!

I 've got dinner in the crockpot. Now I need to go sweep up roofing nails before I head to work. But I will check out the Haiti run link first.

Dinner is cube steak, cream of mushroom soup, bell peppers & onion. Steam some veggies tonight with spinach salad. yummm

Sounds good. Mine is my ususal ceasar salad with blackened salmon at our local "cheers" bar. This town is so small and the winter time is so dead that the restaraunt opens up for just for us on Thursdays.

Can you post the route? When I looked up the underground railroad, I did not see a route that started and ended with Mobile and Buffalo.

It officially ends in Owen Sound, Ontario but it passes with 2 miles of our houses and that is where we bail on the ride. You would have a hard time convincing me to keep going when my own family and bed is less than 2 miles - all though it is all uphill at that point

Think my wife will pick me up???? lol

Honey I just rode 1400 miles can you drive down the hill and meet me so I don't have to ride 2 miles home!

I guess that depends on how much you were missed at home.
