Slight ear infection. He has never had one. Poor little guy. I hope he gets better soon. Ear infections aren't fun for anyone. |

Elite 3460 Slackerville, USA | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge D001 - 2011-02-08 5:05 PM Well, I have the flu. I'm just happy I'm not at 0. I did get lots of points for drinking water though. Get better soon. At least you're getting the fluids you need with this challenge. Plus that's a nice even post count (22,000). I hope to someday have that kind of star status by my name. Well, you're a star even without all the stars by your name so I guess the stars are just a bonus for you. |

Elite 3460 Slackerville, USA | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge I started out doing so good. I was up at 5am to get in a workout. Veggies, fruit and yogurt for breakfast and snacks. But then as the day has gone by, my snacks are getting worse. I think we need to get to the store and replenish our pantry so I can leave the junk food alone. |

Master 2042 Albany, NY | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge So, the day started off with another 2 hour delay for snow... After driving #2 to preschool so she wouldn't miss her field trip and then back home to get #1 to school, I decided I would be a nice mom and stop by the house to work on de-icing a driveway path from the house to the school bus. With all the snow, ice, etc we've had my driveway is just ridiculous. Plus we got more snow overnight. But it was partially sunny now and above freezing so I figured this was my best chance to do it before the really COLD temps moved back in tonight. TWO AND A HALF HOURS later of chopping ice and shoveling snow/ice... I'm really late for work and had to declare and epic FAIL on my part because I still can't get through the packed down ice left from the plow. So #1 has a clean shot up to about 1 foot from the bus stop. There she can skate down the slight hill to the bus door. UGH!!! And to make it worse, I am SO hurting from the effort. My arms and back are so sore that I couldn't ride tonight! I took some Aleve and am hoping to make it up with a quick ride in the morning before work. But I am DONE WITH SHOVELING FOR THE YEAR! I don't care if it snows again... My family can just go into hibernation till spring. |

Already two days this month that I normally would have skipped working out and went just because I wanted my peaches and points Plus, I'm actually looking for ways to get in more veggies -- who woulda thunk it? |

New user 17 Arlington | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge Ok, I know this is a dumb question and I wouldn't even ask except I really want more points. I know diet soda is a soda but... is diet soda really a soda? Surely you wouldn't hold that against me (gotta have my diet Dr. Pepper). Puhlease tell me only evil, sugar filled sodas are considered "soda". |

He was really cranky today, though. If he is ok tomorrow, I will get my planned swim done, but not yoga class. At least I can do yoga at home. |

I have a spinner that I use for the cycling component but can afford a treadmill at the moment. |

Other than doing pretty much jack schnitt as far as S/B/R, one thing I did get from this challenge in January is that I now eat like a grocer's truckfull of fruits and veggies every day. I mean, SCADS. |
