I've been to see the patient - swollen jaw, ladder marks on stomach that's it.  He's fine a bit shaken I think.  He'll be home tomorrow and I imagine off work the rest of the week - yay morning training for me!

No training today, it's been a big one, a wine and bed with my girl.

Ok, forgive me if this is a stupid question.  But is this not meant to be worn under a shirt so that it LOOKS like you have abs?  I mean, it doesn't actually do anything to make your abs bigger right?  So why, pray tell, is he sitting in his boxers and holding the TV remote with it on?

I think it's implying that you can get an amazing 6-pack while sitting on the couch. 

I think we need to back up here for a second. Has anyone ever noticed anyone's abs through their shirt? Because I sure haven't.

Not unless they were wearing a compression shirt.  And I'm not sure that a compression shirt would hide the rest of that dude's issues...

I've definitely noticed my own happy ab rolls of fat through my shirt. Especially when sitting down, or on the trainer in aero!

I think the only thing flattering about aero is the rear view. Race photographers should take note.

Mmmm. I think some piglets look hawt in aero. But that might bring us back to being attracted to fast people conversation.

My DH is particularly proud because the doctor said his strong abs probably saved him from a more serious bruising....and how fit he is and what does he do etc....that is all I'm gonna hear for a while now!

Was nice to take the night off training, relax have a wine and hop into bed early with my DD.  Today I hope to get my lunchtime run in, and a trainer ride tonight.  Back to it Jo Baxas!

On a happier note, a new Bux opened up in Santa Fe! Yay. I was driving earlier for work and noticed a big green sign where there used to be a gas station! So of course I HAD to check it out. They designed it as a walk-up/drive-up. It has a very nice patio with overhead heaters.

Baggie 'em up with a bunch of silica gel and Arm 'N' Hammer dryer sheets overnight. Then reassess.

Oooh nice, I like the walk-up windows. Do you happen to know the cross streets? I was going to look it up. I sure hope you have a gold card by the way!
