Thanks for an awesome challenge, Moscateers...don't forget to post your final numbers to the spreadsheet by Saturday night. I'm not sure how Dee is going to figure it, but I think I'm going to come in at completing 91.75% of my goals... 100% for swim, bike, run...67% for strength. (Gotta at least dip myself in the pool this afternoon to make it, but I will do that.) Hope you all did great! Kristen |

LOL Haven't decided yet if I'll look at each goal separately, or average them together, or..... Will have to sit down with the spreadsheets this weekend to get a better feel for what people have done. |

Master 1748 Port Moody, BC | Subject: RE: Team MOSCATEERS! SWEET MARMALADE!! Even after getting frost bitten in Alberta, getting drunk in the Dominican and just being overall lazy, I finished my challenge last night with 15 AB workouts! I am really sorry for not being more chatty and posting my workouts when I was supposed to, I kinda lost some drive this month with crummy weather and being busy and out of town. I like my schedules. Good job to everyone this month, way to drive through. Sucks about the knee Comet, I'm icing mine as I type from my run the other night. Getting old I guess. Hope you recover quickly. Thanks for a great month everyone!! Haz. |

Member 33 | Subject: RE: Team MOSCATEERS! I know I went totally MIA. Work has been very draining and checking in on the team became an after thought. I did not complete my goal, but I reached 81%, ran 24.5 miles out of a goal of 30 for the month. It doesn't change our team standing but I wanted to update my personal standing. Hope everyone feels good about the work they accomplished in November. I know I wish I would've had more time for me and less time in the office. |
