2100 in the pool and a 4 mile treadmill run this morning.  Wanted to run outside but sleep ruined any chance of that, it's already too hot now.

Updates from the weekend at camp.
Very disappointed that I wasn't able to swim there. Very nice lake. I wasn't able to complete the swim test before they cut off allowing testing so the lifeguards wouldn't let me any where near the water. Still had a great time there with my son and the rest of his troop. Got a couple of really nice trail runs in and a nice hike with the boys yesterday before heading for home.

@Rachel- Congrats on completing you IM.  What an accomplishment!!

@Jim- Glad to hear the girls are both safe and having a good time abroad.

@Ernesto- Crazy like a fox is what you are, Sir!

Awesome job Rachel and Kevin, you are now Ironman's for the rest of your life (and Rachel, great time, even with your injuries you beat my time by 10 mins Laughing)

On my side we are thrilled that we brought Gabe Jr and mom home from the hospital yesterday afternoon and now the real fun begins!  I was still able to do a 14 mile run yesterday morning and a 1:45 min drainer workout right now
