Haha, I'll see what I can do.  What part of the state are you guys going to be in?

Keep in mind, in FL it rarely rains all day.  That's why they predict rain every day, because it usually does for an hour or so... but usually the entire day isn't lost.

And I'm sure I don't need to remind you, but you will post pics ASAP, yes?

Betsy0706 - 2010-03-10 10:14 AM Congrats Stan and Justine!  You guys should be proud!  Laughing

Yo Nicole - we are headed to your state at the butt crack of dawn tomorrow.  Can you do something about the rainy weather they are supposed to have?  I mean....nobody wants it to rain on their wedding day.  Thanks.  I'll return the favor if you ever make it on over to Texas.

Such a big moment in her life... Congrats!!

Houstonrider - 2010-03-09 11:23 PM Well we have a new cyclist in the Justine household..... My 5 year old Morgan is now cycling sans training wheels. Took them off and after three tries she was up and riding. Yes I was the guy wiping tears in the cul-de-sac. It was a simple thing but was a big day to me.

My wife was out with our other kids and I think it only being her and I made it a little bit more special. It was a great dad/daughter afternoon.

Flying into Tampa.  The wedding is taking place at Honeymoon Island.

Yeah, I guess you are right about that.  Hopefully it won't be raining at sunset.

I did need the reminder.  You're talking about the bachelorette party...aren't you?  Unfortunately I didn't take many and they are not that exciting but I will try to do it tonight or after we get back from Florida.

I think Eric needs to show everyone the video of Todd (not BT Todd) destroying the sandcastle.

You didn't take any exciting pics?  Do'nt want the incriminating evidence on film?  Hehe.

And yes, I think Eric should post that video.  Espeically since Todd is cute, cute boys are always welcome.

Congrats to the kiddos & the proud parents... for their achievements!

Speaking of bikes... (since we are bragging on our kiddos!)  My youngest son shed his training wheels at 3, and got a dirt bike for his 4th birth day, and then a newer, faster one for his 5th B-day!  He was following in my tire tracks... haha! FEARLESS! (mom wasn't but he was!

Oh and he's 13 now! They grow up quick, fast & in a hurry...so enjoy all of those lil' moments!

Wow sounds stressfull but glad to hear the acorn didnt fall far from the tree. Of course we are talking the mother's side...  Laughing

trying1 - 2010-03-09 7:42 PM Ok I have to brag a little, proud father moment.  My son got into 7 out of 8 preschools he applied to (and weight listed to the other).  I know it's just preschool, but those who don't know about the NYC preschool process it's a ridiculous process that involves interviews for child and parents, essays and many other school events just to get accepted, it's a process we started back in Sept.  Most of the schools have less than 35 spots for thousands of applicants so for those of us who live in NYC it's a big deal..  Now we just have to find a way to pay for tuition..

I also made a race change. I had planned on doing an Oly in May but have changed it to a Sprint. Since my Bet race will be 3 weeks after I wanted to make sure I had planty of recover time and be ready for that one. So meaning the race I will add in Aug/Sept will be an Oly. DOnt think I will be able to travel for that one as I will use my "race travel card" for doing the swim at BSLT.

Good morning all.  Only two days left in this work week!

It's a pouring hot mess of torrential rain here today, which should be fun considering that I am going to be beating the streets cold calling.  Maybe I'll get some sympathy sales?

Truth be told, I'm already fantastizing about the weekend.  Husband is goign to work a half day on Saturday which means more time for training!

Anyone have anything fun going on this weekend?  Anyone racing?
