Subject: How often....?

O.K.  So I'm on some medicine that makes me pee 5 or 6 times a morning, almost every time I go to the bathroom at work, I cross paths with a guy who is in there using the stall.  (Number 2).  Do you think he's on medicine that makes him poo?  Should I strike up a conversation with my little bathroom buddy?

I drink 7 or 8 bottles of water daily at work so I am hitting the urinal about as often as you. I have to say the real downside to this is that I get the joy of experiencing almost everyone's stall visit at some point. Plus, our bathroom is small.

Maybe. There's a lot of medicines that make you poo like that. And there's a lot of conditions that do, too, and sometimes even the medicine for those conditions makes you poo even more! For a while.

I did a food experiment a few months ago and discovered I was lactose intolerant. Before that, I was a lot like that guy in the bathroom. I'd be weirded out if someone talked to me - unless we already knew each other.

We have these lights in the office bathrooms that go off if there is no movement for a certain amount of time, I think its like 10 minutes or something.  On more than one occasion I've gone in there only to find someone in the stall with the lights turned off.  I felt bad for them.
