Subject: RE: Chanticleers Team Thread (Sept Run Challenge)No running for me this morning like I'd planned.... the knee was just too sore. I did a bit of stretching though, and rested it all day, and I feel pretty good now. I think with yoga, stretching, and advil, I can get in something decent tonight to finish off the month. Maybe not the 95% I'd hoped for, but more than I've got now. |
