Subject: Lubrication

I am starting my 3rd year of triathlon and have noticed that as my body has toughened up dueto the rigors of training, lubrication is something I never think about anymore...

I can ride or run and not use it and be ok now, whereas, when I first started riding, it was a must...

Anyone else?

I actually forgot to put any on for the B2B HIM. Was rather interesting to find I was not chaffed at all afterwords. Doesn't mean I've even considered skipping it intentionally, though.

Chamois Butter and Body Glide are your friends and a gift!

But I gotta ask, why would you not use it?  If you get beat in your AG by someone else who was heavily lubricated, does it make your time better than thiers?  Laughing
