Well, I thought I was going to die from frostbite and then lack of oxygen but I managed to get a 20 miler out of the way in the mountains just outside of Salt Lake. It was very beautiful but the weather took a turn for the worse while I was out on the road. By the time I finished it was about 5 degrees with flurries. kinda crazy but I actually enjoyed the ride a lot. I felt like I really pushed myself and enjoyed the scenery at the same time.

Everybody kick it in gear and hit those goals we are running out of time! Good luck and most importantly have fun.

Rode outside today...definitely need to work on hills. But happily that puts me 30 minutes away from finishing, so I should hit my goal tomorrow. Great work finishing strong everybody!

The things I'll do for the Spooky Cats ... I was traveling this weekend so I did 40 minutes on the stationary bike at the hotel to boost my biking time. I'll cap off the month tomorrow with my huge long ride!

My date is on tap as soon as the munchkins are in bed -- either 25-30 mins. tonight and then again tomorrow night to finish up, or, if it feels good, I'll do the whole thing tonight.

Ok gang, did 30+ mins with the coach, which sets me up for a final session tomorrow evening.

Just checked the spreadsheet and found:

THESE FOLKS ARE DONE: bang, Shawn, Timmeh, Nhaefs, and Allezmama!!!!!  YEA!!!!!

WE ARE CLOSE: esc, me, kpb, shhtri, and smeador and I'll bet that most, if not all of us will be in the done column at COB tomorrow.

GOOD JOB ALL!

WOOOHOOOO! Done! Despite being deadly tired from traveling and some yucky weather (cold and misty), I did my long ride (4:32) to cap off the month! Time to fill in the spreadsheet!

Thanks for the motivation and inspiration, fellow spooky cats!
