Subject: Zombie outbreak?
I think it is important that people learn how to read between the lines of news stories.  The newspaper will never come out and SAY "Zombie Outbreak".  They might not know, they might be pawns, who knows.  But here is a perfect example of what I am talking about, from the FRONT PAGE of our local paper:

Deer hunt in Charles Evans Cemetery called off, for now

Really?  This is front page news? How likely is it that you are going to hunt "deer" in a cemetery?  Compared, to say, zombies?

But let's take a closer look at the news story, shall we?

""We're backing off to see what other possibilities there are," acting Superintendent James Stubblebine said. "Maybe, with more media attention, as people read about it, someone could step forward with a better solution.""

Oh, I'll bet you want people to step forward.  "Hey kids, who wants to be zombie chow?"

"The herd that began with one deer in the mid-1990s had grown to 13 two weeks ago, but one of them, a big buck, was shot by city police last week after impaling itself on the perimeter fence it was trying to jump."

Yeah.  I'm sure ONE deer can become a dozen.  It takes two to make a new deer, but only one zombie can create more infected zombies. Plus, how did the "deer" even get in there, with a "perimeter fence" in place? That's right - they came from the graves themselves! And what kind of cemetery needs a fence that can impale things?  That's right - the kind that's is trying to contain ZOMBIES!!!

"The cemetery had obtained a deer-control permit from the Pennsylvania Game Commission, which uses a special sharpshooters unit to cull the deer in populated areas."

You know why they needed "special sharpshooters"?  That's right - to get that all-important head shot!

"The buck was impaled Thursday, and the Game Commission said Friday that the hunt would be rescheduled but the date would not be made public for safety reasons - leading to a public outcry against it."

They HAVE to keep the date secret - if people came to watch, they would know THE TRUTH!!! (And maybe get infected as well!) I'll bet there are "safety reasons"...

"Stubblebine said cemetery board members earlier weighed several options to solve the deer problem, including tranquilizing them and moving them.

He said they were told that was not a good idea because only a few survive."

A few WHAT would survive?  Zombies?  NO - only a few of the workers trying to "relocate" them.

"And the current herd is already causing problems.

People can't place flowers at a grave site.

"They (deer) go through flowers like crazy," Stubblebine said."

The REAL reason people can't place flowers is obvious - the zombies feast whenever people come to the site!

I certainly hope you all have your zombies plans in place, and keep reading the news closely...

Normally, I would think this was crazy but we did just have people traveling back and forth to Haiti to help after the earthquake.  Coincidence???   hmmmm

If only the Haitians hadn't been in league with the French to perform voodoo magic, this zombie tragedy might have been avoided.

I didn't even think about that!!

And it might SOUND crazy, but it doesn't mean it's not true.  I was at a conference recently where they were talking about how a chronically paranoid patient was telling her therapist about the suspicious activities of a local middle eastern grocer.  The therapist was trying to reassure and reality-test the patient - and then the patient told her how the police had raided the place, the owners were arrested, and the place was shut down. So then the therapist started having doubts herself about reality - if her patients were more attuned than her, what did that mean?  So I am keeping a closer eye on things. For all our sakes.

Did you hear about the CIA, FBI and Chicago Police being sent into a forest to find a rabbit?

The CIA spent a month searching the forest and could not confirm or deny the existence of the rabbit.

The FBI spent a week surrounding the forest, burned it down and then claimed the rabbit got what it deserved.

The Chicago Police went into the forest for two hours and came out with a bear in handcuffs, bleeding and bruised, and the bear kept repeating, "OK, OK, I'm a rabbit, I'm a rabbit!!"

Here you go ladies,

http://www.foxnews.com/health/2011/12/20/scientists-spark-fears-by-creating-highly-contagious-airborne-strain-bird-flu/

It doesn't take but one a$$ jerk to thrown the train off the rails.  May not be Zombies but could be messey.  Oh, it can't happen it such a secure place?  What about the DOE in the US, (NUCLEAR FACILITIES) losing or actually having info and items stolen over the last few years.  Google it.

http://www.damninteresting.com/mind-controlling-wasps-and-zombie-spiders/

How soon before these wasps migrate north and begin to attack humans.  One sting, you're temporarily paralyzed and then the larvae take over your brain, turning you into a zombie - making you do things...  Unspeakable, horrible things.  Before you die and are consumed as the larvae are transformed into thousands of new wasps which go out in search of more human victims!

You're not safe.  No one can escape.  The end is coming.

wow... major surprise when I opened this thread... I was expecting more about zombie's and less about my past life  as a semi-professional magic player.
