Can someone tell me how to enter the brick info? Is it just a 5% increase for the actual brick, or 5% increase for the whole week (in biking & running)? Looking at the original message I think it is 5% increase for the whole week, but I'd like to verify that first.
Here is the quote from the original message:
"For example, if you complete a bike/run brick you get an extra 5% of your running and cycling totals that week. If you have a tri race, you get an extra 5% in all three disciplines."

Hi Sarah,

I'm in the process of updating the spreadsheets. Once I've finished there will be a column for the number of bricks or multi-sport races, and then the bonus time will be calculated automatically.

It will be 5% for the whole week.

cheers,
Gill

So will we log our total brick and/or race times for the week in the brick column?

Do we need to differentiate on which activity is which (i.e. Bike, Run Swim) when logging so it can identify which activity gets the additional 5%?

You'll log the number of bricks/races in one column and the total time/distance for each discipline in another column -- then you'll get the 5% bonus applied to all 3 disciplines (it was just way too complicated to try and split the bonus).

Spreadsheet update should be finished by this evening. Sorry for the delay!
