I have no idea, but I do know that it is now 15 weeks from yesterday!! What's the longest freak out session prior to a race..because I am already starting to get nervous. |

Master 1704 Long Island, NY | Subject: RE: Musselman 1/2 Ironman Biked on some hills this weekend and boy am I in trouble!  We still have 12 weeks, so I will try to get more hill training in. I've done with swim distance + several times. My long bike so far is 32 miles and long run has been about 7. I fully expect to do race distances a couple of times in May, as I have time off from work and the in-laws will be in town to watch my 2 sons. |
