Hi all,

I've seen lots of posts on the forum in which you've asked me questions. I've also received many PMs from you. (To the point where my inbox keeps filling up.)

Please be aware that my job requires a lot of time. I am currently running in continual "crisis mode." Therefore I will be OFFLINE Thursday (day, evening and night) and Friday (day). I will not be back online until FRIDAY EVENING.

I am aware that Friday is the first day of the challenge. However, I really am doing the best that I can. I am stressed to the max, and have been getting by on junkfood and little sleep.... (My training has suffered too.)

I enjoy setting up the challenges. If I don't reply to your questions, it's NOT that I'm "ignoring you." It's simply that I have a job that I need to keep, as demanding as it may be. (It's what pays for my internet time, which allows me to remain on BT.)

Edited to add answers for recurring questions:

1) Yes, you can still sign up for the challenge. You are not "too late." READ this post and follow the directions:
http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/forums/thread-view.asp...

2) Once you sign up on the spreadsheet above, you will see your name listed. When I have time, I will assign you to a team. (If your name is still on the above spreadsheet, it means that I have not yet assigned you to a team.)

3) Login information for ALL the spreadsheets is the same.
email address: [email protected]
password: challengeforum

4) Yes. I am stressed. Work is nonstop: 13+ hours per day, seven days per week. Yes, I am tired and short on patience. I'm doing what I can. THANK YOU to people who are answering questions that people have asked.

If anyone knows the answer to questions that people are posting, PLEASE feel free to answer them. (For example, I keep seeing people ask about "how to log onto the "Sign Up" spreadsheet. The answer is that the instructions are in the first post of the Challenge Announcement thread.)

Thank you for your cooperation and patience,
Dee

Dee
I just signed up for BT the first of Jan. I am loving my mentor group but the best part of
BT for me was the Challenge. I loved my group, the support and the friendly competition was just what I needed. I would have never gotten the training in if it weren't for the challenge.
Thank you so much. I hope to be able to learn more about all this and maybe be able to help you out.
