I hit 114% of goal with my long run around the lake today. My wife was a little upset that I was about 1/2hr late to pick her up from the hair place....but oh well

If anyone needs a mile and a 1/2, that would drop me back to 110%, so feel free to adjust the sheet.....if we can do that.

Thanks for having me on the team. Great job everyone.

Just squeaked my last miles in. It was still more walking than running, but I felt much better today than I have in the last two weeks.

Will walking in the house count?  It's about all I have strength for tonight...Thanks for the props, Pam.  I needed to get outside--even if it was a walk instead of a run or ride

Reminder:

Please make sure you've logged your February training totals on the Google Spreadsheet by midnight tonight (your local time).

I will be compiling the results tomorrow morning, and announcing the FINAL TEAM STANDINGS!

This will determine the winner(s) of the February Challenge.... as well as those who will be displaying the losing Penalty Avatars.

If you have trouble using the Spreadsheet, please let your team captain know.

And remember, the March Biking Challenge starts today! There's still time to sign up, if you haven't done so already.

I just updated the spreadsheet with my final mileage. Even though I had to reduce my goal midway through the month due to hurting my back, I ended up finishing strong by doing my owner personal 5k yesterday. My revised goal had been 23 miles and I ended up with over 27 which put me at 119%.

Go Gingerbread Joggers!!
