Just trying to figure all this out, because I don't spend nearly enough time on the computer :-) . What is a BLOG? And how do you enter your goals into your log? I'm challenged, I know. Starting our "official training" in December, and I want to have this in order, so as to keep track of progress. Gracias.

Your "blog" is just your daily trainng log.  Get into it by clicking "training log" on the upper right (sounds like you got that part).

To enter your goals etc click on "edit training settings" on the right side.

Has anyone tried using the eqipment tracker?  I put my new shoes in it, put it still says my current usage is zero.

I just did it for my running shoes.  You have to go back and select the shoes (or other equipment) on each day that you used it within your logs.  Then it gives you the correct usage stats.  I've only had the shoes for a little over 2 months, so it didn't take me too long.

What is a BLOG?

Blog stands for weB LOG. It can be any type of site that updates on a regular basis. The new entries usually appear at the top, and the old ones scroll down.

Typepad is a popular system for creating blogs.

Here's one of mine. It should get updated more often :-(

The blogs here at BT are for tracking your training.
