Just an easy run tonight. I wish I could get off early, the bike is dying to get off the trainer.

That run I said I was taking yesterday? Well that'll actually be today. Since today I actually remembered my shoes...

Ran last night. Did my track workout with lunges and a bunch of plyometrics. Today, snow and rain has given way to the first sunshine in weekd! Light run with coworker, and to the pool after work!

Hour workout with personal trainer, upper body strength training and core workout. Skipped normal 30 minutes of cardio at gym to get to work to register for my first OLY Wildflower. 2 hours later I finally go through and registered. Oh and made a Dr's Appt 12/9 to hopefully find out what the heck is wrong with my Hip finally. I hate Insurance Company's!!!

Holy crap - its DECEMBER, already! Only 24 days until Christmas, Aaaargh!  And, I have no shopping done - Well, that's not unusual for me - I'll do all my shopping in one day on December 23rd. :-)

As for training - taking yet another day off to recouperate from this cold. It was way too cold this morning to do anything considering this is the first day I actually feel like myself.  So, one more day to get all this coughed and sneezed out of my system - then it is back to it tomorrow for a very light, short run.

Have a great December 1st everyone!

-Tim

XC ski for an hour pulling my nearly 3-yr-old in the sled! It was more work than I thought
but it was a blast - very sunny beautiful day here.

Doing light weights and abs, then attending a spinning class. Going to try and work on keeping HR down.

DonTracy - are those minutes or miles? (if it's miles, that's REALLY the bomb).

Lord no, it's minutes.

3 mi running today on the dreadmill. I hate it like everyone else but it does help me maintain a consistent pace. I did a 10min mile today versus my usual easy 12min pace and it felt good, like I could have kept that pace a little longer. As they say leave some for next time!
