You guys are all awesome. Hope all you racers survived the heat out there- it was pretty brutal towards the end. I felt so bad for the people just heading OUT on the run at 11 a.m.!!! |

Thanks for the swim and bike - very helpful in knowing the course and conditions! I am racing the Gulf Coast 1/2 Iron in a couple of weeks if anyone wants to get together for some light workouts before the race on Saturday. |

And a BIG thanks to Jeff (Q) and Jamie (piperfl) for both helping organize the dinner. It was fantastic. Congrats to all the great times during the race.
