Yep... guilty. This is my third season and I've come to the realization that I'm still just try and complete the time in my program. If there's a 1 hour run... my goal is to complete the hour and that's it. Then, of course, I wonder why my times are not getting better. This is especially true for me and swimming. I'm a clock watcher and just do whatever I can just so I can log the time in my log. Not the way to go if I want to improve my times now, and not just finish. |
