Hope to see some of you there. Unless the Kona force winds are up that day. I remember pedaling hard head down and struggling to keep it above 14 MPH after averaging 24 on the way out. That and almost getting thrown off the bike. |

That's what I remember as well...stupid wind any trail running tips?, I don't know if it was my legs were shot from the ride or what , but I really struggled and could not get into a groove and my pace was 3 minutes higher than normal. |

The ADULT Race is FULL!As of 3/31/08 Current registration list is now posted. If you would like to get onto the Adult race waiting list, please contact [email protected]. Leave your name, swim time, age, and shirt size. Individuals, on the waiting list, will be contacted as spots open up. The Kids Race is still wide open
