I'm a Vikings fan and I'm waiting to see us trade our 1st and next year's second (or first) to KC for Jared Allen. That would make me happy. Somewhere in the draft I'd like to see us pick up a safety and a corner, along with some more OL and DE, maybe another WR, probably a late round QB.

If we get Jared Allen from KC, every team in the NFCN is going to need to pick up an extra QB in the draft to make sure they have enough depth to cover injuries.

Edit: I just looked at pft and looks like we signed Allen at the expense of 3 picks. Sweet! Good day to be a Vikes fan.

Yeah, just keep him away from bars and boats and you'll be all set.

You're not kidding, though. That is one fearsome defensive line.

Now all you need is a QB. Oh, and ANYONE to play WR (I hear they're holding open tryouts-- maybe I should show up?)

With the addition of Bernard Berrian I think the vikes will be ok at WR. With AP at RB they don't need a Jerry Rice or Randy Moss, just a solid deep ball threat which Berrian should give them.

Of course these are the Vikings and they find new ways to dissapoint year after year so who knows!!
