I seem to hang tight for a few months and then lose like a demon, and then hang tight, and then lose. June is my month to lose. It's my birthday present for me.) enders - when is your birthday? I also turn 36 in June...on the 30th. Since you made a '36' goal, I will do so as well. I want to swim 36 laps in the pool without stopping...which puts me just over my half a mile goal     on june 30 |

Trying to mentally prepare for the 'Pretzel' pose, j/k, more worried about getting out of it! lol Binged a little last night. Had 3 tiny burritos (small in the palm of my hand) though huge on Cal. (300 cal. a piece) then had some Ramen Soup, another (190 cal). So this morning weight skyrocketed to 192.6 though I'm sure all that food was transformed overnight into fat, so I think I was retaining some water... Oh well, back to it today, and apparently did fairly well. |

Most of May I felt, well, discombobulated is all I can think of. As I sit here May 31st, June 1st happens on Sunday perfect for my neurotic brain to wrap around to start anew. I have plateued at the 153s...on any given week I am either 153.2, 153.4, 153.6 or 153.8..this morning 153.2. So lets say that my end of the month weight is 153.2 which is 4.2 pounds away from my 149 goal (by June 14, my first triathlon). Oh..and what the heck..I am hanging out with bunch of old fogies..I am only 27 |
