wore my jacket and got too warm, took it off after 1 mile, ran with some friends who helped me keep going, another PB for me at this distance
What would you do differently?:

wear fewer layers and just be cold at the starting line

Very nice race. Great job on the PR.

I like the course at Fort Story - a couple of hills just to keep you working

I may run the next race in the distance series myself.
