When I work out it never fails I start getting a little nasal congestion at which point I must disperse. My question is...Why is it these are so much more productive out of my right nostril than my left? Out the right its a straight shot out the left its more like spray. And before you ask NO I've never done this on a treadmill or my indoor trainer

But everyone has one nostril that's bigger than the other...often it is the right nostril. Maybe there is less turbulence for the snot as it exits the orifice. Another possible reason could be a slight deviation in your septum to one side or the other....causing a straight stream on one side and a spewing spray on the other.

For what THAT's worth...

Is there some blockage of your left nostril?  Finger?  Crayon?  Pinto bean (dad did that one when he was a kid...)?

Deviated septum?  Polyp?

I like the pinto bean suggestion.

How bout a nickel? Residue from the disco era? Spaghetti? Presta valve inflator?

There are professionals that can reshape things to create your favorite desired effect. I'd personally go for the 'Leaping water at Epcot' or the 'Main Cannon on the Fireboat' patterned tip. I've got friends that have fitted themselves with diffraction nozzles that can do starburst patterns, mist rings, and one - don't ask me how - can make lightning bolts. I'd do this but I can't afford it, my health insurance isn't that comprehensive.

And sorry 'bout the avatar...I'll change tonight.

Maybe I should give some of those attachments to the laser light pointers a try would be a lot cheaper.

Avatar: Glad to see Im not the only one around here with a superman complex.

Edit: I could also try that new trend where these kids put the giant discs in their ear with my nose. Maybe then I'll be cool since my wife keeps reminding me Im not.

For best nasal hydro-performance, I suggest breath-right strips in yellow or green.

Great title, BTW!
