Breakfast - coffee + splenda, whole grain english muffin, a couple slices turkey lunchmeat, one egg

Morning - cliff blox on ride (testing new flavor), frozen grapes


Lunch - Lean Cuisine pizza, turkey sausage bites, diet Pepsi

Pizza has been hard for me too...although I've gotten some control over it. I can eat less pieces now...but it takes some mental power.

Pizza is definatley a weakness of mine. Unlike most foods it seems like I can always eat one more piece and it just seems to slide in and find a home (usually right around my waist)

I did it!!!!!

I looked the pizza temptation monster in the face...and while it was staring back into my determined eyes, I kneed it in the groin!!!

Yup...I had fruit salad at the breakfast...and was able to sit at the table, while my coworkers had pep. pizza and didn't have a single peice.  WWWWWOOOOOOO HOOOOOO...

Now watch, I will go home and have gained 2 pounds...some sort of calorie osmosis by just sitting next to the pizza.LOL

i146Q:  Just think that you only have to work out for about 2.5 hours to work off a slice of pizza.  Heck have 4 thats only a 10 mile run (actually about 11, but who's counting).



Yeah, no pizza, I guess I had my chance... Lunch was leftover chicken & Broc with water

and dinner was 2 cheeseburgers... I was so stuffed I couldn't even keep my eyes open.... Had to go nap it off. I think I'm done eating though until after my workout, yoga and a run.

I need strength...today is my boss's birthday...first thing this morning is a breakfast party for him...then later today my team is taking him out to pizza...I am not going to give in.  Pizza is one of my trigger foods...when I start eating it...I gorge...I can't stop. 



The only thing I can say is don't give in, especially since you can't run it off with the ankle the way it is. Box lunch or go hit subway or something.

I've got a funural to go to tomorrow, friend's dad (cancer). I don't think I'll stick around for all the comfort food. My mom and I will probably go see a movie instead "Wall-e"
