Comments: Good swim. Felt good. What would you do differently?: Nothing- good swim. Transition 1
Comments: Left shoes on bike with good results: Sidi T1. Good mount. Paved transition makes this race easy and fast. What would you do differently?: Nothing except move faster. Bike
Comments: Good ride. Bike was perfect. Felt good. Long stretch in 54/11 at 28-30 M.P.H. What would you do differently?: Nothing except train more. Transition 2
Comments: Good transtion. No issues. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Run
Comments: Good but painfull. Ran in new Zoot shoes- nice but one blister (no socks but plenty of Sport Slick in shoes). What would you do differently?: Well, train more... Post race

Got there early for beautiful sunrise. Set up transition area after assembling bikes out of car. Drank a Red Bull before the swim and got in a decent warm-up for a change.
Did about a 10 minute swim with some accelerations to get my suit feeling good and get loose.
