Ok, I am sure I am not the only one that has there training disrupted by the snow, This is getting a little rediculous in NE. Plowing for 8hrs then working for 8 more is not good for sleep. Money for new bike good .

At the same time there is still the 5th grader in me that will not let me sleep when snow is on the way. I guess my pavlovian reflex still thinks SNOW DAY!!!!!!!!

Oh well thanks for letting me vent.

No doubt. I just went to the store for the weekly grocery trip and like clock work, the "French Toasters" are out in full force... For those unfamiliar with the typical Pennsyltuckian reaction to an impending snow storm, "French Toasters" are the people that go to the grocery and buy up all of the bread, milk and eggs. Lucky for me, I buy a skid of toilet paper once a year at Costco and the rednecks around here haven't discovered whole wheat or multigrain bread...

That's funny about the French toasters.  No one cares less about another snowstorm here...same old, same old.  BUT since the ice storm, any freezing rain warnings have people out buying batteries and other bomb shelter supplies

Same here in Halifax, since Hurricane Juan and White Juan, the mention of impending weather throws the city into a spin. French Toasters, what a great name for them.

Hey Scuba-Punk, you are not far from me. Does this mean you will be coming to Morgantown, WV for the MedExpress 1/2 IM or the olympic? We have lots of easy sprints in the area too.

Sorry, no plans for a tri in WV this year, but I'd like to get in a scuba weekend trip to Mt. Storm though

Side note on my 2nd trip out of the house yesterday (Saturday)... I went to Home Depot to get some building supplies for one of my projects and I haven't seen that much Carhart clothing since they opened the Cabela's store last year
