Being a guy, this needs to be the first priority.

Guess I am more used to the miles. When I first started riding I had this problem. Now it is very rare. If it occurs just reach down and shake things about. You will be fine.

My "church bells" use to "ring" non-stop after about 15 minutes in the saddle.  I have no explanation but that ringing sensation just went away on its own and now my bells never ring while riding. 

I will say....the ringing of the bells was initially quite bothersome to me...specifically in reference to the concept of permanent (or even temporary) damage.  I felt much better following a careful examination conducted by my sweety, at which point in time I realized no damage of any sort had been sustained.
