Subject: lap by lap analysis...This happens to me often and I wondered if anybody else gets this... It seems to me that when swimming, I can get in a zone where I feel like I am slicing through the water, like I could do this all day long, then I get to the wall, turn around and I am in the total opposite state than I was. It is not as smooth, seems like I am taking in more water, etc... I wonder to myself what I was doing different from 20 seconds ago that could make such a difference in this lap vs. the last. |
