Subject: Best tasting recovery drink mixI'm a big advocate of eating real food to recover, but sometimes I'm too lazy or tired, and when it's summer and it's hot I tend to have some trouble eating enough after a hard/long workout. My favorite recovery drink is a nice frosty beer but experience has led me to know that it doesn't work all the time, especially not on an empty stomach when you weight 100 lbs. 
I'm thinking about trying a recovery drink mix after my harder/longer workouts, as well as strength sessions. I will probably mix it with vanilla or chocolate soy milk (I'm lactose intolerant), though having the ability to mix it with water in a pinch would be good. Lately I've been drinking chocolate soy milk by itself, but I'd like to find something to help a bit with soreness. So... do any of these actually taste good and work as advertised?
