Subject: How long does Infinit last?
Once you have mixed it. I debated whether this was a  better question for the forum here or Nutritional Cafe. I mixed tow bottles the other day, drank one last night and it didnt taste 'normal.' It may have been perceived. Anyone know how long powered drinks last once they are mixed (and stil. refrigerated)?

just from my experience, if they sit in the bottles for longer than 10-12 hours they taste funny. I have tried to make a weeks worth in bottles and leave them in the fridge and each day it got worst. I even tried this with accelerade and same thing happened.

Aaron, normally if you keep it cold it will last a good while. A bunch of our customers make it in gallon jugs, that cuts down on some of the foaming issue. Surprised that your stuff taste changed, that normally isn't the case. It's pretty consistent.

We use whey, it is more stable and does not get skunky in the heat like soy does. I had my stuff in special needs in Kona, in the heat for over 12 hours and it was fine. I wouldn't leave it in the back of your car all day though.

I would give it another try, should not be a problem.

My personal experience it's lasted at least 3 days.  I made some, took it on a ride and had one bottle left.  Went on my next ride, forgot about the "extra" on in the fridge came again came back with an extra bottle.

The 3rd day, I used the two in the fridge and they tasted no different.  Just my N=1 sample.
