Master 2468![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Muskego, Wisconsin | Subject: Kudos to Blackwell/AdamoI recently had a padding problem (padding slipped out of place on right side of nose) with my Adamo Race Saddle so I sent an email to Blackwell Research trying to find a solution to the problem. I received an email from Dave Bunce, the National Sales Manager who asked for pictures. I sent him pictures which, honestly, did not show much. Within 2 hours of my email I received a reply from Dave asking for my shipping address where a new seat will be delivered. You just can't beat that kind of service. As for the seat, I can tell you it works because even after the padding slipped I was able to do my century ride this past weekend even though I was sitting directly on leather covered metal instead of the padding. No pain, no sores, and a great ride. |

I hope the company can work out its financial issues, because I'll most likely be a repeat customer if they stick around. |

It looks like I might have to stock up on an additional one or two of 'em in case they do not find an investor. Kudos to them for keeping with customer service even in the face of despair. I don't mean to hijack but are you saying that Blackwell are having problems? |
