You could both ride - do a shorty 15 miles - then do a sunset run - sharing your Hammer Gel together.

Gloria's in Addison used to have salsa lessons then dancing, Many of the Country dance places also have various dancing through out the night, and it's not so "clubish"

x2.

After riding 4-6 hrs on a Saturday, I treat my wife to a "dinner" around 4:30pm as I'm already hungry again after eating lunch at 2pm!  And if we don't start the DVD by 6pm, it's not going to happen as I'm out by 8:30pm!

More training is not the best idea - she has been so supportive and has allowed me to register and partake in the 2009 IM canada! Gloria's is a good idea, we love that place! Think we will try a ride and picnic at WRL.

Make sure you go to Kathy's art cafe on Lover's and get a dessert you can share or to the cheesecake factory. I know it's awful, but I did say "share the dessert" so it won't affect nutrition too much.
