Woke up at 0400, at a PB sandwhich and headed off to pick up my father-in-law.
Event warmup:

10m WU walk.jog, usual stretch routine.

Don't ask. Did manage to run the entire course with stops only at the aid stations (no walking).

Doubt I will do this race again.

Course: Whiterock Lake - Dallas All I can is say is that this course was brutal. Two things I disliked about it: Three times by the Dallas Arborteum was too much. Also the two bridges over WR bounce way to much (not the race's issue I know).
