I ran the half...1st timer.  Was shooting for 1:45 came in at 1:48:12.  The last half of the tunnel kicked my a$$ and I had trouble holding my speed after that point.  Still, I'm happy with the results.

2:30:51 for 13 miles... yes that is right... 13!  Not 13.1.  ) I did the relay first 2 legs which is 12.7 miles.  I ran on as far as my bummed knee would allow poast my relay exchange which just happened to be 13 miles.  Unfortunately - the knee pain was way too much to bare any longer - so I bailed and I am fine with that.  My team finished in 5:18:40!

What a FUN day!!!  Great job everyone - and Ranger... holy cow youare speeeeeedy!

MSUDan and wife - it was great seeing you two!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't been on this site for a while, but I still remember all of the names...nice job RunnerGirl, rottieguy, and Ranger! I should have checked to see who was running before I ran so I could have looked for everyone.

I'm so excited! I ran a 3:37 an qualified for Boston! I took off almost an hour from last year at Chicago (granted the weather wasn't even comparable)!

Great job guys!

was looking for you!  I actually caught a fellow around mile 11 who had a compuware t-shirt.  I breathlessly asked him if he was from BT, but he wasn't - haha.  All that energy wasted in running him down!

GREAT JOB!!

Great Job Everyone!!!  I got there late so I didn't get a chance to meet up with anybody.  Would up running a 1:59.  not bad for my recent lack of training.  I'll try to get a race report up eventually!!

Looks like I am not the only one wearing a compuware shirt... I don't think it's energy wasted. It supposed to speed you up when you are tracing him down.

When I see the crowd that morning, I give up my hope looking for you guys.  I can't even find my wife after the race!  (and she keep all my keys, wallet, phone, clothes, etc)

well, it was my first marathon, finished at 1:38. I trained with the FIRST program (Furman Institute), running three days a week. Very good program for triathletes as it mixes cross training in off running days.

My pace was a little quick for the first half, and it showed as my wheels came off the last four miles. Oh well, cross that off my "bucket list"!!!
