Subject: IMPORTANT STUFF FOR NEW FEATURES!!! Until I can give more formal instruction, here is some stuff to do - its waaaay past my bedtime. First, read about the new features if havent already. For FREE and PERFORMANCE users: - For the BT BLOGGER, your training log settings screen will accept a title for your blog/log - once that is in, your blog will be updated in the main BT BLOGGER area.
- There are several new icons next to the minicalendar, some will not be accessible depending on your level.
For PERFORMANCE users (bronze, silver and gold) - A link to configure live weather feeds in your blog. REMEMBER to click on the weather link under the minicalendar to get your weather feeds and get rid of the banners in the log area.
- The 'orange file box' next to minicalendar - for silver and gold members...this is where you would transfer free plans (silvers) and the 4 new Intermediate plans (gold) into your 'Planned Training' logs...should be self explanatory - just 'import' it to a date you specify. Please check out the links to the plan descriptions first.
- Bronze members and up can also input their own personal plan that they may have gotten from a book or coach...this will be through your blog interface using that same 'orange filebox icon.' We have designed an easy uploader of your plan so that you may just import it into you log anytime thereafter. Its a lot faster then logging through your 'planned traning' log PLUS it is in your file 4ever.
Play around. I still have plenty to do in the form of formal written instruction but you guys are pretty smart. Myself and Marmadaddy have taken care of a lot of bugs and he especially uploaded a lot of the plans. If anything don't look right when transferring a plan to your log, please let me know. We currently still have 'Michael Pates Total Sprint' and the 'Conservative and Aggressive' Couch-to-5k programs to input to...later this week. If you try to transfer these, you will see that there is only one day! The other plans, make sure you pick the correct starting day so that race day appropriately lands in your planned training on the correct day. IF you make a mistake and transfer a plan to the wrong days, just use the 'copy/move /delete' feature and clear it out of your planned training and start over. Ideally if you back-calculate the correct starting date, the whole process is ONLY a couple of keystrokes. See ya... Post your general site bugs to this thread should you find some.
