Uploading from a Polar

Polar is going to be more work integrating than Garmin was, so we're considering it but there are no definite plans.

Thanks for the reply and I would love to see that as a future feature of the website.

I wanted to know that since I am looking into getting a new watch. 

Another request for Polar. It is very widely utilized amongst cyclists, runners and triathletes.

Any updates on this? Even just integration of the heart rate data, would be great. I am the proud new owner of a RS800CX and would really like to be able to use one application (this web site) instead of this + the polar application.

Maybe. I contacted someone from Polar about this not too long ago and asked about a web API. They pointed me to their device API, but that would require writing a separate piece of software which would have to be installed on your machine. Which we're considering BTW, Ron and I were talking a couple days ago about creating a device uploader utility that would work with different manufacturers devices and upload data directly into your training log.

Any more thoughts on this?  It would be a HUGE addition!
